If you are not satisfied with your purchase (or gift), we will provide an item exchange or a credit note (valid for 4 weeks).
Please read the following instructions:
You must notify us via email (email@example.com) or phone 088338 6000 within 7 days of receipt at the address on your invoice with the original order number and your reason for return.
The item you return must be in new, unused, unmarked and saleable condition and in its original packaging.
You must pay the freight/postage for the item’s return back to Maple and then the freight/postage on delivery of the replacement item to you. Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss its return and replacement.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
-Perishable goods such as plants
Also earrings & lingerie for hygienic purposes cannot be returned/exchanged
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Maple does NOT offer a refund service unless the item is faulty. Once we have inspected the faulty item & we believe it to be faulty, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it & then we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged however, this does not apply to sale items. We do not offer return/exchange on sale items..
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange(non-sale) items, but the postage costs both ways are up to the customer. Just send us an email at email@example.com or call us on 8338 6000 and then send your item to: 380 Fullarton Road Fullarton South Australia AU 5063.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 380 Fullarton Road Fullarton South Australia AU 5063You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
